Most people could sell. They just never had anything worth selling.
I started reselling on eBay in 2017. I assumed the hard part would be finding buyers. It wasn't — buyers were everywhere. The hard part was finding things worth listing. I'd spend weekends hunting for stock, sell it in two days, and start the hunt over.
After seven years in e-commerce I realised the problem was never skill. Plenty of people can sell if someone hands them something good. What stops most people is having no inventory and no money to buy any.
So we removed that part.
12 Finders is a brokerage. We hold items on behalf of the people who own them, and we give those items to finders to sell.
You get an item — yours alone, nobody else is listing it. We send the photos, the description and the price. You post it on Facebook Marketplace, eBay, Craigslist, or anywhere people buy things. When someone's interested, you send them to us. We handle the invoice, the payment and the shipping. You keep 12.5% of the sale.
You never buy anything, store anything or ship anything. Free to join, free to list — we only make money when you do.
You don't need experience.
You need a marketplace account, which most people already have, and a few hours a week. If you've ever sold a phone or a sofa online, you've done the hard part.
Some of our finders sell professionally. Others do this in the evenings from their phone. Both work.

Started reselling on eBay in 2017 and spent seven years in e-commerce before founding 12 Finders. Handles sourcing and seller relationships — every item a finder receives has come through him.
Four partners behind him
Tristian runs 12 Finders with four partners. Between them they cover sourcing, logistics and freight, payments, and finder support — so when you have a buyer, there's someone on the other end who can quote a shipping cost, issue an invoice and get the money moved the same day.
Small team, on purpose. You'll always be dealing with someone who knows your item.
