When you submit the application form, we collect your name, email address, WhatsApp phone number, city, state, the marketplaces you sell on, and anything you write in the optional network field.
If you message us on WhatsApp or Telegram, we receive the messages you send and the profile name and number those apps show us.
Our host records standard technical logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers on this site.
To reply to your application and discuss finder work with you. To assign items, track which finder introduced a buyer, and pay commissions. To keep records we are required to keep, including tax records. To keep the site secure and working.
We do not use your details for automated decision-making, and we do not send marketing unrelated to finder work.
You give us your details voluntarily when you apply, and by submitting the form you consent to us contacting you on WhatsApp, Telegram, phone, or email about finder work. You can withdraw that consent at any time by telling us to stop.
We never sell your personal information and we never share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
We share it only with service providers who help us run the business under contract: our website and database host, our payment and banking providers, and our accountants. We may disclose information where required by law or to enforce our terms.
Applications we do not take forward are deleted within 24 months. If you become a finder, we keep your records for the length of the arrangement and then for 7 years, to meet tax and accounting requirements.
Applications are stored in an access-controlled database. Submissions are write-only from the public website: nobody can read the applications through the site, and access is limited to the staff who need it.
Wherever you live in the US, you can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Residents of states with privacy laws, including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, and Virginia, also have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights, and the right to appeal a decision we make on a request.
Email or message us and we will respond within 45 days. We may need to confirm your identity first.
This site is for adults working as independent contractors. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
